In 10 minutes' drive away from the Roman Catholic church "San Juan Bautista Cathedral", the 3-star Hyatt House San Juan Hotel offers an American-style restaurant on site. The venue is placed in the very heart of San Juan, a stroll away from Puerto Rico Convention Center.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious and modern room with a stunning view. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the Pan America pier and cruise terminal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and bathroom facilities being spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool which, although small, was complemented by the option to use the larger pool at the neighboring hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just minutes away from the cruise ship piers, the airport, and the charming Old San Juan area. Additionally, being near the Pan American cruise terminal and other attractions such as the Convention Center and Plaza las Americas Mall made it incredibly convenient. The breakfast selection was great every morning, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations for dining and activities.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. It was close to Old San Juan, the PR Convention Center, and Plaza las Americas Mall. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were great. I loved the fact that transportation was easily accessible and there was ample parking. this city has become one of my favorite islands.
No negatives from this place.
